Babies, Babies, Everywhere!!!

It seems like here lately there has been babies everywhere...The first picture is my new cousin Rylan and the second baby is my new cousin Eli...I have another cousin just born last Thursday but I haven't got a pic of him yet...his name is Robbie. As soon as I have one I will edit this post.

I thought this was cute!

A mother and her very young son were flying Southwest Airlines from Kansas City to Chicago. The little boy (who had been looking out the window) turned to his mother and asked, "If big dogs have baby dogs,and big cats have baby cats, why don't big airplanes have baby Airplanes?"
The mother (who couldn't think of an answer) told her son to ask the
stewardess. So the boy went down the aisle and asked the stewardess. The stewardess, who was very busy at the time, smiled and said, "Did your Mom tell you to ask me?"
The boy said, "Yes she did." Well, then, you go and tell your mother that there are no babyairplanes because Southwest always pulls out on time.

In Regards to Riding my New Mtn. Bike...

I am so glad I have the ablility to laugh at the situations I get myself into...

Situation #1
Rodney and I decide to start riding serious...well we finally started and two weeks have went by and I have had two wrecks already! Anyway, here's the story:

We decided to ride around where we live and it was all good. I was proud that I was able to keep up most of the time with Rod and that I wasn't having to get off and push or anything (YEAH) but then DANGER entered the picture...I was trying to make a turn onto another side road and there was a drain hole there on the side of the rode...well somehow my tire ended up there...bloody knee and hand but I'm okay!!!! I start to get up and by that time Rod is there to help me up...well it was getting dark and I saw some headlights coming our way...I look at Rodney and say,"Please tell me that isn't the cops..." his words were..."Well that car isn't, but the second one is..." O ME if I'm not embarrassed enough...

Situation #2 (It gets better)
Rodney's mom and our cousin have been riding regularly for a while and Wednesday night we decided to go with them...Yeah for all flat roads (subdivison) Anyway...we start out riding and everything is fine...we made a couple of laps and the Danger starts creeping in again :) This time somehow a freakin' SUV gets in my way...well it isn't moving it is parked but goodness park in your dang driveway people!!!! I crash into the side of this SUV - I can't just hit and run...there was fingernail polish/blood/and some rubber off the handle bars...and my luck of course a dent!!! uuurrrggghhhh...so I go and tell the owner and exchange info...well like 5 minutes go by and the police start circling...yeah they were they to file a report...can it get any better??? I look down and the same knee that was almost heeled from the 1st wreck is bleeding down my leg...scratched it all up again...well I have to say the worst pain during the whole accident was the alcohol that Rita put on the cut...I think her and jennifer enjoyed that way to much!!!

So the guestion is now...should I keep riding or sell the bike???????

Skipper and Friends!

This is Skipper the Office Dog! Last time I stayed while my Boss was out of town...SKIPPER went missing...usually he is right under your feet. I went on the search only to find him with all of his friends!!!! He is funny you can say get your baby and he will run over and get one of his many BABIES! I just had to share this!

Summer Lazy Daze...

WOMEN WHO READ

One morning the husband returns after several hours of fishing and
decides to take a nap.

Although not familiar with the lake, the wife decides to take the
boat out.

She motors out a short distance, anchors, and reads her book.

Along comes a Game Warden in his boat.He pulls up alongside the woman and says, "Good morning, Ma'am. What are you doing?" "Reading a book," she replies, (thinking, "Isn't that obvious?")

"You're in a Restricted Fishing Area," he informs her.
"I'm sorry, officer, but I'm not fishing. I'm reading."
"Yes, but you have all the equipment. For all I know you could
start at any moment. I'll have to take you in and write you up."

"If you do that, I'll have to charge you with sexual assault," says
the woman. "But I haven't even touched you," says the game warden.
"That's true, but you have all the equipment. For all I know you
could start at any moment."

"Have a nice day ma'am," and he left.

MORAL: Never argue with a woman who reads. It's likely she can also think.

Mtn Climb!

Well I did something Sunday that I can't believe I did!!!

Rodney and I stayed at the Heber house all weekend and on our way home Sunday we thought we would stop and stroll up the mountain...well we had done that a couple of time and we just get to were the Rocks start and I was always saying, I don't think we need to go any further..." Well Sunday I guess I was feeling a little adventurous!!! And there was two older men with their two grandkids that were like 6 and 8 (Yeah so in my head I was saying if they can do this I can...) So I put my fears of getting stuck between these rocks and having to have a helicopter come and get me out...or falling and hitting my head and busting it open and having to be carried down...or worst Rodney getting hurt and me having to take control the situation - yeah right they would end up throwing me off the cliff...behind me and TOOK a go at the climb!

I will not say that it was easy - in fact yesterday I was sore! but WE got up there and it so PRETTY...I have some pics...It was worth the climb.

We stayed up there for a while just enjoying the view and the breeze...so nice

THEN we had to come DOWN...Rod and I make a good team b/c we helped each other figure out how to get down without just taking a leap...

I never thought I would do it and I did and I want to do it again!!!!!!!!

July is National Hot Dog Month!

Well...

Okay I am in Wal-mart returning a baby gift I had bought (found something else much better) and I have a bag full of film that I am going to have developed...as I stand there and wait for the cashier to do the return she turns to me and says, WELL WHEN IS THE BABY DUE! I turn around makesure she really is talking to me...have this really blank look on my face and say, "WHAT?" I rub my belly and say, "I'm not pregant? Do I look pregant????" then the girl plays it off as that returning the dipers and all the film...which at the time I laugh off BUT Why would you ask if you were expecting with RETURNING Dipers and a bunch of film that would mean that you already had the BABY!!!!!right??? Come on,now I am worried!!!! I have been 135lbs for the last 5 years...I have only gained for a very short time up to 140 and then I guickly returned to 135...I think today I will start to watch what I eat b/c I actually am overweight if you go by what the ideal weight is for me at the dr. office and hope for no more comments like this! I am glad I am starting today b/c last night I was at the twins b-day and ate way to much CAKE!!!! I am happy with myself, but yeah I wouldn't mind being at least 10 lbs lighter...can't hurt anything...Also I have the new bike and a perfect sidewalk...what is my excuse?????
